Transparent BPO Recognized on 2023 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Rockville, MD, August 15, 2023 – Today, Inc. revealed that Transparent BPO is #3127 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses. Facebook, Carebridge, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“Overcoming headwinds – particularly on behalf of our clients – is a hallmark of our company,” says Scott Newman, founder and CEO of Transparent BPO. ” We are fueled by exceptional leadership, from the floors of our contact centers to the executive ranks. But our true strength comes from our front line, who wholeheartedly dedicate themselves every day to serving our clients with unwavering commitment. Together, we forge a path of unparalleled excellence.”

Transparent BPO’s growth has been driven and strengthened by its three latest expansions. These include a second facility in Belize City, completing their campus there, as well as expansions in its Angels, Jamaica facility. Furthermore, they have recently launched their first full brick & mortar facility in Greenhills (San Juan), Metro Manila, Philippines, showcasing their commitment to expansion and progress.

The companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful but have also demonstrated resilience amid continued challenges with the economy, supply chains, labor shortages and global tensions. Overall, median revenue growth for the top 500 companies moved up to 2,238 percent and added 1,187,266 jobs to the economy over the past three years. Metrics that show the determination and passion of a lot of entrepreneurs looking to solve the biggest problems facing us today.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc. magazine, which is available online now here.
