Transparent BPO Welcomes New Key Team Members

Bethesda, MD – Transparent BPO – Today, Transparent BPO, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of two key team members to its organization. Rob Johnson has joined the team as Transparent BPO’s new Director of Operations and Tiffany Rohlena has signed on as the Training Manager. Both Rob and Tiffany are relocating to Belize to live and work full-time out of the operations center in Belize City, Belize.
Rob brings over 25 years of business management experience with 14 years of leadership experience in the call center industry to Transparent BPO. Prior to Transparent BPO, Rob was Site Director at Sykes and Senior Manager Business Process Outsourcing at Cayuse Technologies. He was responsible for Site Management, Service Delivery and Client Services for Fortune 100 client programs. Transparent BPO leverages Rob’s leadership and industry expertise to drive best practices and continuous process improvement at Transparent BPO.
Tiffany has over eight years of training experience in the BPO sector. Prior to Transparent BPO, Tiffany spent several years in the Regional Training Coordinator role at Alorica. She is passionate about learning and ensuring other’s success. Tiffany has extensive knowledge with adult learning theories, curriculum development, training delivery and facilitation, employee engagement, leadership development, and overall call center management. She was an integral part in the implementation and success of a leadership training initiative across eight call site locations, resulting in improved performance and decreased attrition.
