Transparent BPO Appoints Steve DiBari as Vice President, Operations

Industry Veteran to Lead Philippines Operations
Rockville, MD, April 29, 2021 – Steve DeBari has been appointed as Vice President of Operations of Transparent BPO, a global contact center and business process outsourcer. He reports to Lance Hale, President, Transparent BPO.
DiBari will be responsible for the company’s growing operations in the Philippines and will serve on the company’s executive leadership team.
“Steve started his career in this industry more than 20 years ago when he began fielding calls assisting customers with their dial-up Internet,” said Hale. “He’s seen the industry evolve and in that time, has moved up within client services organizations and the operations world to lead thousands of call center agents for multiple clients and ultimately helping countless scores of customers.”
DiBari’s deep expertise in the customer care industry will aid Transparent BPO as it supports new clients from the Philippines while maintaining current levels of performance from the 400 work-from-home agents based in the country. He’ll be leaning on his years of experience with such companies as Alorica, altCX and Qualfon.

DiBari graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in finance. He assumed his new role on Monday, April 6, 2020.
