Rockville, MD, May 6, 2021 – Alan Jackson has been appointed as Vice President of Business Development of Transparent BPO, a global contact center and business process outsourcer. He reports to Scott Newman, CEO of Transparent BPO.

Jackson will be responsible for helping build the sales pipeline for the company and will also serve on the executive management team.

“With his impressive background in sales, Alan possesses a unique skillset to identify a client’s needs and align those requirements with our services,” said Newman. “His leadership will be key as we continue to expand into new industries and sectors where he’ll be asked to build and develop close relationships with executives who would benefit from our customer care expertise.”

Jackson has built a record of sales success at various companies, including Alorica, Convergys (now Concentrix), Teleperformance and TeleTech. He began his career at AT&T after graduating from Vanderbilt University where he earned both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
