Transparent BPO Appoints Jon Williams As VP of Jamaica Operations

BPO industry veteran will be in charge of Jamaican operations and will oversee the finalization of the facility expansion.

Rockville, MD, July 13, 2023 – Jonathan Williams is transitioning roles inside Transparent BPO, a global contact center and business process outsourcer, as Vice President of Operations of our Jamaica geo.

Williams has been with Transparent BPO since 2016 and has more than 22 years of contact center management experience.

Jon Williams will oversee the final construction and staffing of the 1,500-seat facility in Angels as Transparent BPO expands its operations in Jamaica. Jon has already facilitated the initial staffing and equipment transition and seen the first activity in the expanded site’s resident programs. Jon is also a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to Lance Hale, the president of Transparent BPO.

Jon was an important leader in our Belize City facility and is now providing leadership for our Jamaica facility as well. He is in charge of various aspects of the facility, including human resources, facilities, client management, and operations. Jon uses his Six Sigma training and broad experience to create an excellent operational delivery team.

Mr. Williams served as our Senior Site director for the Belize City facility for the last six and a half years and continues to be a critical asset to TBPO, managing day-to-day operations, procurement, process improvement, and financial analysis for the company.

Before joining the company, he was site lead at Dell and senior training manager at Startek, where he was responsible for service delivery, client services support and curriculum, and leadership development
