Monique serves as point of contact and liaison for all client programs in our Angels, Jamaica Facility.

She is a highly organized, independent and experienced BPO Executive; with lean cutting edge people management skills, able to effectively coordinate measures to accomplish client objectives with timeliness, innovation, vision and creativity. She has a focus on program success and expansion.

Monique has had a successful career spanning over 11 years in the Jamaica BPO industry. She has experience overseeing more than 1000 full-time employees both offshore and nearshore. Monique possesses a keen understanding of operations management, personal service level delivery, and workforce and financial management, including sourcing, recruiting, and hiring processes.
