We want our employees to enjoy coming to work every day, which is why we offer lots of fun activities throughout the year. These include back to school drives, toy drives during the holidays, comedy club nights, mixers and socials, and, of course, our huge holiday party held each December with dinner, entertainment, and lots of prizes.
Generations of family members work at Transparent BPO — mothers and daughters, brothers and sisters, and even extended family. To celebrate, we host a number of family-orientated activities throughout the year, like our annual Family Day, Halloween Carnival, and more.
Every individual is a partner in the company’s success. We work as a team to drive even the smallest successes and results. Managers, supervisors, agents, porters, security, and directors play dual roles whenever there is a goal to be achieved, many giving of their personal time to make all our clients’ programs profitable.

Employee engagement is should be a full-time initiative in an organization. That’s why we established an Employee Engagement Team to keep our employees enthused about the company and their role in it. We believe that engaged employees lead to better customer experiences and, as a result, happier clients.
Nothing is more critical to the ongoing success of the company than our ability to identify and develop a strong pipeline of emerging leaders, trained to step in as a program expands or new opportunity arises. We created the Rising Stars program to give interested employees an opportunity for upward mobility within the company.
Culture Day, a training team initiative, immerses new agents in Transparent BPO’s culture from the moment they walk in the door, with fun activities and testimonials surrounding what makes us unique in the industry and Belize. The result is fewer “backfill” classes and an increase in commitment from full-time and seasonal trainees.
