Brady Burton Joins Transparent BPO as SVP of HR

Human Resource Veteran Adds Experience, Expertise to Management Ranks
Rockville, MD, Jan. 4, 2022 – Brady Burton is joining Transparent BPO as senior vice president of human resources. He reports to Lance Hale, president of Transparent BPO, a global contact center and business process outsourcer.
In his new role, Burton will be responsible for every component of the company’s HR, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee engagement. He will also serve on the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
“We’re adding an industry veteran to our leadership ranks with Burton’s appointment,” said Hale. “His background managing global HR teams will be instrumental as we continue expanding our current offshore capability in the Philippines and our nearshore footprint in Belize, as well as expanding our portfolio in Jamaica.”
With deep experience in the BPO contact center industry, Burton previously held leadership roles at Teleperformance and Alorica, leading extensive global teams that aligned HR and operations. He successfully improved engagement in the business through his focus on talent and leadership development.
