Rockville, MD – Transparent BPO would like to announce our very own Anna Acosta’s promotion to Director of Operations, as recognition of their role in the growth and development of both the programs she has been involved with, as well as TBPO as a whole.

Anna joined Transparent BPO in 2010, leveraging her extensive 15-year background in the BPO industry. Her expertise lies in Strategic Planning and Enhancing Processes in sales and Customer Service. Anna is dedicated to creating positive interactions and fostering personal development to empower individuals to achieve success and reach their maximum potential.

In the last ten years, she has played an essential role in the company’s development as a Senior Operations Manager overseeing various projects from their initial stages. During her time at TBPO, she contributed significantly to expanding one of our largest initiatives, growing the team from 20 members to over 140.

Anna began her career as a team member and swiftly progressed through the ranks to become a Supervisor, project lead, Senior Operations Manager, and now holding the position of Director of Operations, showcasing her outstanding leadership skills.
