Rockville, MD, August. 8, 2022 – Heather Sandusky is joining Transparent BPO, a global contact center and business process outsourcer, as vice president of training.

Sandusky will be responsible for the company’s education and skills development ensuring that all new employees have a world-class onboarding and training experience when they join Transparent BPO and throughout their careers. She will also serve on the company’s Executive Management Team and report to Lance Hale, president of Transparent BPO.

Sandusky worked most recently at Alorica as the BPO’s vice president of operations training where she was responsible for training leadership and development for North America and Europe. She also worked at Precision Response Corporation, and Aegis Communications as well as serving in the United States Marine Corps. She is a green belt, Lean Six Sigma.
