Scott brings more than 30 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and customer-experience (CX) industry. At OneSource, he drives business development initiatives with a focus on helping clients optimize customer interactions and scale support operations across consumer, technical, and enterprise service functions.
Before joining Transparent BPO, Scott held senior roles at global BPO leaders including Foundever (formerly Sitel/Sykes), where he managed large multinational accounts and led new-country start-ups in El Salvador, India, and Colombia, building successful operations from the ground up.
