Rick Johnson

Rick brings over 30 years of experience in the contact center services industry.  He has served in various senior level management and executive capacities across the functional areas of Operations, Client Services and Business Development for mid-size to large scale BPO organizations. 

Rick also brings a breadth of experience of global outsourcing services for Work From Home, Offshore and Near-Shore delivery solutions. 

Operationally he started as a phone representative in 1989 and remains grounded to the appreciation and importance of the front-line associates.  He works by the guiding principle of being a People First professional with the continuous focus of team and partnership development. 

Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
