Jonathan Hummel

Jonathan leads our Caribbean operations in Spanish Town, Jamaica.

He brings extensive leadership experience with large and mid-sized global brands to our 1,500-seat facility as well as a deep background working in the largest English-speaking nation in the region. He has managed contact center operations with thousands of employees and supporting clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, transportation, technical support and telecommunications.

Jonathan also takes a personal interest in community, creating a BPO Agent Training program in Jamaica as well as the first licensed, pre-tax and self-contributory retirement program in the country.
