He draws on more than 25 years of HR experience with renowned global business outsourcing providers where he led global HR teams in multiple countries supporting more than 75 locations and 40,000 employees.  He oversees all aspects of our company’s human resources function, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee engagement.

He and his global team take an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to implement best practices in the HR function at all its touch points by encouraging continual feedback and process improvement.
