Transparent BPO, Leading Call Center in Belize, Makes Inc.5000 List for 2nd Time

Laytonsville, MD – Transparent BPO - Inc.com published its annual Inc.5000 rankings today and Transparent BPO, LLC landed at number 3,948 on the 2016 list. The annual awards presented by Inc.com are designed to showcase the fastest growing private companies in America. This is the second time Transparent BPO has landed on Inc.5000’s list. In 2014, Transparent BPO ranked 1,149.

“We feel very honored to have made the list for a second time,” said Scott Newman, CEO of Transparent BPO. “Not many companies can say they have ended up on the list multiple times. Transparent BPO Welcomes Director of Client Services

Bethesda, MD – Transparent BPO – Transparent BPO, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Marilyn Soares as our new Director of Client Services.

Based out of New York, Marilyn has overall responsibility for the client services team at Transparent BPO. She works closely with the account management team to develop, implement and continuously improve call center campaigns for our clients. Marilyn brings over 25 years’ experience in the call center industry and has a passion for driving key performance metrics and superior client satisfaction. Prior to joining Transparent BPO, she held leadership roles in operations and client services, on both the agency and client side.

Transparent BPO Gives Back

One of Transparent BPO’s core values is social responsibility. In addition to helping with the Red Cross and other intuitions in Belize, this year, TransparentBPO was pleased to make donations to four schools in Belize that will impact both the community and our staff. Many of our employees have children that attend one of these four schools or are graduates themselves.

Two of the schools will receive funding for their lunch programs. For the other two, we will provide scholarships for five students for tuition and books.

St. John’s Vianney educates 650 children on the south side of Belize City. Transparent BPO made a donation to their feeding program.

St. Joseph Primary is an older established Catholic school on the north side of town, catering to students across Belize City. Transparent BPO made a donation to their feeding program.

Edward P. Yorke High School is one of the most sought after high schools in the country. It receives about 900 applications a year but only accepts 265 students, many who come from the towns and villages. Transparent BPO was pleased to offer scholarships to Reevie Ysaguirre, Amy Turcios, and Ashley Conorquie. Congratulations!

Transparent BPO Welcomes New Key Team Members

For Immediate Release January 10, 2015

Bethesda, MD – Transparent BPO – Today, Transparent BPO, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of two key team members to its organization. Rob Johnson has joined the team as Transparent BPO’s new Director of Operations and Tiffany Rohlena has signed on as the Training Manager. Both Rob and Tiffany are relocating to Belize to live and work full-time out of the operations center in Belize City, Belize.

Rob brings over 25 years of business management experience with 14 years of leadership experience in the call center industry to Transparent BPO. Prior to Transparent BPO, Rob was Site Director at Sykes and Senior Manager Business Process Outsourcing at Cayuse Technologies. He was responsible for Site Management, Service Delivery and Client Services for Fortune 100 client programs. Transparent BPO leverages Rob’s leadership and industry expertise to drive best practices and continuous process improvement at Transparent BPO.

Tiffany has over eight years of training experience in the BPO sector. Prior to Transparent BPO, Tiffany spent several years in the Regional Training Coordinator role at Alorica. She is passionate about learning and ensuring other’s success. Tiffany has extensive knowledge with adult learning theories, curriculum development, training delivery and facilitation, employee engagement, leadership development, and overall call center management. She was an integral part in the implementation and success of a leadership training initiative across eight call site locations, resulting in improved performance and decreased attrition.
